APM Major Project Leadership Specialist Certificate
The APM Major Project Leadership Specialist Certificate is an assessment designed to recognise the skills and competences of those who lead major projects, programmes and portfolios. It's aimed at project professionals who have delivered in a leadership capacity on a major project.
APM Project Risk Management Single Subject Certificate
The APM Project Risk Management Single Subject Certificate is a qualification which has two levels. It's designed to build on the knowledge gained in the APM Project Management Qualification or similar project management qualifications.
IPMA qualifications
IPMA qualifications are internationally recognised and designed for project professionals at all levels in their careers. We are the certification body in the UK for the IPMA and offer the full suite of qualifications.
Please note: Bookings of new open International Project Management Association (IPMA) qualifications will not be available between 1 July and 3 September 2023 as we transition our IPMA qualifications to our new delivery partner APMG.
Earned Value Management Certification
Earned Value Management (EVM) is a project control process based on a structured approach to planning, cost collection and performance measurement.
It facilitates the integration of project scope, time and cost objectives and the establishment of a baseline plan for performance measurement.
Project Planning & Control™
The Project Planning & Control™ qualification scheme supports the publication of the Association for Project Management (APM) guide, Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and Control – The Practical Project Management of Time, Cost and Risk. The book is APM’s first comprehensive set of guidance and best practice for project planning and control and is applicable across all industries and sectors.
